An invitation does not open the app
Open the original invitation link in Safari on the iPhone where Tandem Names is installed. Invitations are single-use and expire after 48 hours. If it expired or was already accepted, ask the inviter to revoke it and create a new one. You can also enter the six-character code in the app.
A choice has not synced
Keep the app installed and reconnect to the internet. Choices are saved locally first and retried automatically. Pulling the app back to the foreground refreshes project state and matches.
A mutual match is missing
A match appears only after both project members independently choose Love for the same name. Pass and Not now remain private.
Restore a lifetime purchase
Open Tandem Names, go to the Premium screen, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If the shared project still does not unlock, include both partners’ app versions in your support email—never send invitation tokens or passwords.
Export or delete data
Open the Us tab. Account controls let you export server data, revoke an invitation, disconnect a partner, or request account deletion.
