Purpose and eligibility
Tandem Names is a decision-support tool for adults. It does not provide medical, legal, genealogical, linguistic, or cultural advice. You are responsible for the final name decision and for independently checking facts important to your family.
Accounts and invitations
You are responsible for access to your device and account. Send partner invitations only to the intended recipient. Do not attempt to access another project or bypass privacy controls.
Content and availability
Name facts may come from cited public or licensed sources and can contain errors or disputed interpretations. Sample content is labeled. Features may change as the product improves, and network-backed functions can be temporarily unavailable.
Lifetime purchase
Premium is offered as a non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase, not a subscription. The App Store displays the price and handles payment. “Lifetime” means access to the purchased Premium features for the commercially supported life of Tandem Names; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of external services or compatibility with future devices. Apple’s refund rules apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, automate abusive requests, interfere with security, reverse engineer server access, or use invitations to harass another person. We may restrict abusive access to protect users and the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every name fact is complete or undisputed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Ordinal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
