Does DoseBell give medical advice?
No. DoseBell records schedules, reminders, and your actions. It does not decide whether you should take medicine or how much to take.
Do reminders work without an account or internet?
Yes. Core reminders and records are local. Network access is needed only for optional account, purchase, and Caregiver Connect features.
What can a caregiver see?
The shared record uses an opaque occurrence ID, scheduled and deadline times, confirmation state, revision number, and confirmation time. Medication details stay on the owner’s device.
Does an invited caregiver pay?
No. Pro is required for the owner who creates and syncs a profile. Invited caregivers can join without purchasing Pro.
Can a notification be guaranteed?
No app can guarantee final delivery. iOS notification permission, Focus, device state, and system scheduling can affect delivery. DoseBell includes a notification health check.
