Notification troubleshooting
- Open DoseBell Settings and run the notification health check.
- Confirm notifications are allowed in iOS Settings.
- Review Focus, notification summary, silent mode, and device volume.
- Open DoseBell after changing the time zone or device clock so schedules can reconcile.
iOS controls final delivery, so no reminder app can guarantee that every notification appears or sounds.
Caregiver Connect
Sign in with Apple, enable Caregiver Connect, and use a one-time invite. The profile owner needs DoseBell Pro; invited caregivers do not. If access is no longer appropriate, the owner can revoke the caregiver and the caregiver can leave the profile.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in DoseBell Pro after reinstalling or changing devices. Apple handles charges and refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Backup and account deletion
Export creates a versioned JSON backup that you control. Import validates data and safely avoids duplicate records. Deleting the connected account removes cloud care data but intentionally leaves local medication records and reminders on this device.
